Economist with a Master's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Social Policy and Development. Nearly 15 years of experience in public policy formulation and evaluation, sustainable rural development, and international cooperation. He has led and evaluated social programs, territorial financing policies, and projects with a local and regional focus from organizations such as the National Consulting Center, Fedesarrollo, the National Planning Department, and Panagora (USAID Implementing Partner).
